Draconic invaders stalk the fields and forests of the Raxian Empire while dragons of all shapes and sizes rain death from above. The Ascendancy struck without warning or provocation, putting entire villages to the sword, and it seems that nothing can halt their advance. The Empire’s lone hope lies with a mysterious organisation and an even more mysterious box. If this most secret of cargos can reach the town of Riversend, then perhaps all is not lost.
